# Unterschied zwischen Haupt- und Nebenversionen

#### Hauptversion

Eine Hauptversion bezieht sich auf eine Veröffentlichung, die bedeutende Änderungen, neue Funktionen oder wesentliche Verbesserungen einführt. Die Hauptversion wird durch die erste Zahl nach dem Jahr angegeben. Zum Beispiel ist in ***2024.3.27.0*** die Hauptversion ***3***.

#### Nebenversion

Eine Nebenversion besteht aus inkrementellen Aktualisierungen innerhalb einer Hauptversion. Diese Aktualisierungen umfassen häufig Fehlerbehebungen, Sicherheitspatches und kleinere Verbesserungen, führen jedoch keine wesentlichen neuen Funktionen oder Änderungen ein, die die Funktionalität erheblich verändern. Zum Beispiel ist in ***2024.3.27.0*** die Nebenversion ***27***.
