# Das Devolutions Server-Datenbankschema an den Devolutions-Support senden

Manchmal fragt das Support-Team nach dem Devolutions Server-Datenbankschema. Das folgende Verfahren beschreibt, wie Sie das Datenbankschema Ihrer Devolutions Server-Instanz exportieren.

### Schritte

1. Wählen Sie die Devolutions Server-Instanz in der Devolutions Server Console aus und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Edit.

2. Wählen Sie die Registerkarte Database aus.
3. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Save Schema.

4. Wählen Sie den Zielordner aus und legen Sie den Dateinamen fest.
5. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Save.
6. Senden Sie uns die XML-Datei des Datenbankschemas an <service@devolutions.net>.
