# Host-Verknüpfung und Host-Verwaltung

Host-Verknüpfung und Host-Verwaltung in Devolutions Server zentralisieren Maschineninformationen in einem einzigen Host-Eintrag, der von mehreren Sitzungen wiederverwendet wird. Anstatt denselben DNS-Namen, dieselbe IP-Adresse und dieselbe Beschreibung in vielen RDP-, SSH- und Web-Einträgen zu wiederholen, verknüpfen Sie sie alle mit einem einzigen Host-Datensatz.

Wenn ein Server umzieht oder seinen Namen ändert, aktualisieren Sie nur den Host-Eintrag, und jede verknüpfte Sitzung folgt automatisch. Dieser Ansatz reduziert Duplikate, vereinfacht Audits darüber, wo ein System verwendet wird, und bereitet die Umgebung auf Inventar- oder Lebenszyklusverwaltungsfunktionen in verbundenen Tools wie Remote Desktop Manager vor.
