# Fejl med ugyldigt brugernavn eller ugyldig adgangskode ved logon med domænelegitimationsoplysninger

Retter en fejlagtig fejl om ugyldigt brugernavn eller ugyldig adgangskode ved logon på Devolutions Server med domænelegitimationsoplysninger ved at ændre strategien for LDAP-brugervalidering.

Når De forsøger at logge på Devolutions Server med legitimationsoplysninger af typen "domain", kan De få følgende fejlmeddelelse:

`Invalid username or password, please verify your credentials`

Dette kan være en fejl, hvor Devolutions Server fejlagtigt rapporterer, at legitimationsoplysningerne er ugyldige, selv om de ikke er det. Det skyldes ændringen i LDAP-stakken, og hvordan Devolutions Server interagerer med Active Directory.

#### Løsning

Når De har kontrolleret, at legitimationsoplysningerne virkelig er de rigtige for den pågældende Devolutions Server og den godkendelsesmetode, kan De afhjælpe situationen ved at ændre den strategi, som Devolutions Server bruger til at hente oplysningerne.

1. Gå til ***Administration – Serverindstillinger – Godkendelse – Domæner*** i Devolutions Server.
2. Klik på ***Rediger*** på domænet.
3. Klik på ***Avancerede indstillinger***.
4. Skift værdien af ***Brugervalidering*** fra ***Standard (LDAP)*** til enten ***Valider legitimationsoplysninger*** eller ***Opret brugerprincipal***.
5. Klik på ***OK*** og derefter på ***Opdater*** for at gemme ændringerne.

De bør nu kunne logge på. Hvis problemet fortsætter, kan De også ændre de andre værdier under ***Avancerede indstillinger*** til enten ***Principal*** eller ***Tokengruppe for mappepost***, afhængigt af hvad der er tilgængeligt.
