# Medlemskab af domænegruppen hentes ikke korrekt

Gennemgår diagnosticering og rettelse af, at medlemskab af domænegruppen ikke hentes korrekt fra Active Directory i godkendelsesindstillingerne for Devolutions Server.

Dette er en løsning, når medlemskabet af domænegruppen ikke hentes korrekt fra Active Directory. Her er de trin, De skal følge:

1. Åbn webgrænsefladen for Devolutions Server, og opret forbindelse med en administratorkonto.
2. Gå til fanen ***Administration***, og gå til siden ***Serverindstillinger*** – ***Godkendelse*** – ***Domæne***.
3. Klik på knappen ***Diagnostik*** for det ønskede domæne.
4. Angiv indstillingen ***Diagnosetype*** til ***Hent grupper efter bruger***.
5. Angiv et brugernavn fra den problematiske gruppe i feltet ***Parameter***.
6. Angiv indstillingen ***Strategi*** til ***Tokengruppe for mappepost***.
7. Klik på ***Hent diagnostik***.

Hvis dette mislykkes, skal De i stedet bruge ***Tokengruppe for mappepost (ældre)*** eller ***Rekursivt*** i rullelisten ***Strategi***.

8. Luk vinduet ved at klikke på ***Luk***.
9. Gå til domænet, og klik på knappen ***Rediger***.
10. Klik på ***Avancerede indstillinger***.
11. Under ***Strategi*** skal De ændre indstillingen ***Hent grupper efter bruger*** til den, der blev valgt i trin 7.
12. Klik på ***OK*** for at gemme ændringerne.
