# Kom godt i gang

Kom godt i gang med Devolutions Server dækker domænekrav, Active Directory-grupper og installationstrinnene til opsætning af en ny instans.

En Devolutions Server-instans er i sig selv et webserverprogram, der fungerer som backend for vores klientprogrammer. De kan betragte den som en specialiseret database til Deres data. Alle instanser kan installeres på den samme fysiske server eller fordeles på flere. Devolutions Server kan installeres via forskellige [topologier](/server/da/overview-of-devolutions-server/topologies.md).

### Domænekrav

Disse krav gælder især, hvis De vil bruge automatisk oprettelse af brugerkonti (se [Godkendelse](/server/da/web-interface/administration/configuration/server-settings/general/authentication.md)) og/eller brugergrupper til at administrere Deres instans.

1. Opret Active Directory-grupper til at administrere Deres instans. Typiske eksempler er: Remote Desktop Manager Admins, Remote Desktop Manager Operators, Remote Desktop Manager Users.
2. Tilføj domænebrugere til Active Directory-grupperne.
3. Opret en VaultDBOwner-konto, der skal være ejer af databasen. Når De udfører opgraderinger med denne konto, sikres de rette rettigheder.
4. Opret en VaultDBRunner-konto, der skal bruges som identitet for webstedet. Det gør det muligt for Dem at hærde tilladelserne til det mindst nødvendige.

### Installationstrin

1. Opret en ny instans af Devolutions Server (se [Opret en Devolutions Server-instans](/server/da/getting-started/installation/devolutions-server-instance-creation.md)).
2. Opret en administratorkonto til Devolutions Server under [Brugeradministration](/server/da/web-interface/administration/user-and-security-management/users.md).
3. Opret [Brugergrupper](/server/da/web-interface/administration/user-and-security-management/user-groups.md).
4. Tilføj domænebrugere eller indbyggede brugere (se [Brugeradministration](/server/da/web-interface/administration/user-and-security-management/users.md)).
