# Reports

Reports in Devolutions Server provide summarized views of activity and configuration so you can answer operational and compliance questions quickly. They are built from log and audit data and can highlight items such as failed logins, password usage, license consumption, or module specific activity.

Administrators and auditors can run reports on demand or schedule them, exporting results when needed for external review. For example, a security team might generate a monthly report of privileged account check outs and associated remote sessions to satisfy audit requirements.
