The main search bar supports filters on entry type and fields such as asset tag, serial number, or accounting number, while advanced options allow scoping by vault or folder to reduce noise in large environments. Because search honors permissions, users only see results for items they are allowed to view, which keeps discovery fast without leaking sensitive information.
