# La pagina di accesso Devolutions non si apre nel browser

Quando si tenta di connettersi a un prodotto Devolutions come Devolutions Cloud o Devolutions Server, nel browser dovrebbe aprirsi una pagina di connessione che consente di inserire le proprie credenziali. Questa finestra può talvolta essere bloccata dal browser o da un'estensione installata su di esso. In questo caso, nel prodotto Devolutions non viene visualizzato alcun messaggio di errore poiché il problema deriva dal browser.

#### Soluzione <a href="#solution" id="solution"></a>

Innanzitutto, modifichi le impostazioni del browser o dell'estensione del browser per rimuovere o disattivare l'impostazione che ha bloccato la finestra di richiesta delle credenziali. Provi a connettersi di nuovo.

Se ciò non funziona, disattivi o elimini l'estensione che causa il problema oppure cambi browser. Provi a connettersi di nuovo.
