# Enviar una página web de forma segura a nuestro equipo

Envíe de forma segura una página web al equipo de soporte de Devolutions guardándola localmente, comprimiendo los ficheros y enviando el archivo zip por correo electrónico.

Para compartir una página web completa con el equipo de atención al cliente, siga los pasos a continuación.

#### Guardar la página web <a href="#save-the-webpage" id="save-the-webpage"></a>

1. Abra la página web en su navegador.
2. Pulse `Ctrl + S`. Esto abrirá la ventana Guardar página.
3. Elija una ubicación en su ordenador donde desee guardar el fichero.
4. Guarde la página y todos los recursos (HTML, CSS, imágenes).

#### Comprimir la página web guardada <a href="#compress-the-saved-webpage" id="compress-the-saved-webpage"></a>

1. Localice la carpeta que contiene los ficheros de la página web guardada.
2. Haga clic derecho en la carpeta y luego elija Comprimir en – Archivo ZIP.
3. Se creará un fichero `.zip` en la misma ubicación.

#### Enviar la carpeta comprimida <a href="#send-the-zipped-folder" id="send-the-zipped-folder"></a>

1. Abra su cliente de correo electrónico.
2. Redacte un nuevo mensaje al [equipo de atención al cliente](mailto:service@devolutions.net).
3. Adjunte el fichero `.zip` que ha creado.
4. Envíe el correo electrónico.

1. Localice la carpeta que se creó cuando guardó la página web.
2. Haga clic derecho en la carpeta.
3. Seleccione Comprimir «Nombre de la carpeta» en el menú.
4. Aparecerá un fichero `.zip` en la misma ubicación.

#### Enviar la carpeta comprimida <a href="#send-the-zipped-folder-1" id="send-the-zipped-folder-1"></a>

1. Abra su aplicación de correo electrónico.
2. Cree un nuevo mensaje dirigido al [equipo de atención al cliente](mailto:service@devolutions.net.).
3. Adjunte el fichero `.zip` que acaba de crear.
4. Envíe el correo electrónico.
