# Renovar su licencia

Las licencias se pueden renovar directamente a través del [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/), siempre que la renovación sea para los mismos productos y el mismo número de usuarios. Para cambiar de producto o modificar el número de usuarios, contacte con nuestro [equipo de ventas](mailto:service@devolutions.net) para obtener más ayuda.

1. Inicie sesión en el Devolutions Portal con la cuenta que adquirió la licencia anterior.
2. Una vez que haya iniciado sesión, vaya a la sección ***Licencias***. Verá una lista de sus licencias activas y caducadas.
3. Localice la licencia que desea renovar y haga clic en el botón ***Renovar ahora***.
4. Podrá ajustar el **plazo de la licencia** (por ejemplo, 1 año, 3 años). No se puede realizar ninguna otra modificación en esta fase.
5. Haga clic en ***Pagar ahora*** para confirmar su renovación.
6. Complete el pago.
