# La página de inicio de sesión de Devolutions no se abre en el navegador

Al intentar conectarse a un producto de Devolutions como Devolutions Cloud o Devolutions Server, debería abrirse una página de conexión en su navegador para permitirle introducir sus credenciales. En ocasiones, esta ventana puede ser bloqueada por su navegador o por una extensión instalada en él. En este caso, no se muestra ningún mensaje de error en el producto de Devolutions, ya que el problema proviene del navegador.

#### Solución <a href="#solution" id="solution"></a>

En primer lugar, cambie la configuración de su navegador o de la extensión del navegador para eliminar o desactivar el ajuste que bloqueó la ventana de solicitud de credenciales. Intente conectarse de nuevo.

Si eso no funciona, desactive o elimine la extensión que causa el problema o cambie de navegador. Intente conectarse de nuevo.
