# Ein Support-Paket in der Devolutions Server Console generieren

Die Schaltfläche ***Support-Paket generieren*** ist ein einfaches Werkzeug, das alle Artefakte für die einfache Übermittlung an das Support-Team sammelt. Sie befindet sich im Abschnitt ***Support*** der Devolutions Server Console.

1. Klicken Sie auf ***Support-Paket generieren***.
2. Wählen Sie die Protokolle aus, die in das `.zip`-Paket aufgenommen werden sollen. Klicken Sie auf ***Generieren*** und speichern Sie das Paket.

3. Senden Sie das `.zip`-Paket an das Devolutions-Support-Team unter <service@devolutions.net>.
