# Ihre Lizenz erneuern

Lizenzen können direkt über das [Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/) erneuert werden, sofern die Erneuerung für dieselben Produkte und dieselbe Anzahl von Benutzern erfolgt. Um Produkte zu wechseln oder die Anzahl der Benutzer zu ändern, kontaktieren Sie bitte unser [Vertriebsteam](mailto:service@devolutions.net) für weitere Unterstützung.

1. Melden Sie sich beim Devolutions Portal mit dem Konto an, mit dem die vorherige Lizenz erworben wurde.
2. Gehen Sie nach der Anmeldung zum Abschnitt ***Lizenzen***. Sie sehen eine Liste Ihrer aktiven und abgelaufenen Lizenzen.
3. Suchen Sie die Lizenz, die Sie erneuern möchten, und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche ***Jetzt erneuern***.
4. Sie können die **Lizenzlaufzeit** anpassen (z. B. 1 Jahr, 3 Jahre). Andere Änderungen können in diesem Schritt nicht vorgenommen werden.
5. Klicken Sie auf ***Jetzt bezahlen***, um Ihre Erneuerung zu bestätigen.
6. Schließen Sie die Zahlung ab.
