# Send en webside sikkert til vores team

Send en webside sikkert til supportteamet hos Devolutions ved at gemme den lokalt, komprimere filerne og sende zip-arkivet via e-mail.

#### Gem websiden <a href="#save-the-webpage" id="save-the-webpage"></a>

1. Åbn websiden i Deres browser.
2. Tryk på `Ctrl + S`. Det åbner vinduet Gem side.
3. Vælg en placering på Deres computer, hvor De vil gemme filen.
4. Gem siden og alle ressourcer (HTML, CSS, billeder).

#### Komprimer den gemte webside <a href="#compress-the-saved-webpage" id="compress-the-saved-webpage"></a>

1. Find den mappe, der indeholder filerne fra den gemte webside.
2. Højreklik på mappen, og vælg Komprimer til – ZIP-fil.
3. Der oprettes en `.zip`-fil på samme placering.

#### Send den zippede mappe <a href="#send-the-zipped-folder" id="send-the-zipped-folder"></a>

1. Åbn Deres e-mailklient.
2. Skriv en ny meddelelse til [kundesupportteamet](mailto:service@devolutions.net).
3. Vedhæft den `.zip`-fil, De har oprettet.
4. Send e-mailen.

1. Åbn Deres e-mailprogram.
2. Opret en ny meddelelse adresseret til [kundesupportteamet](mailto:service@devolutions.net.).
