Language

Select Remote Desktop Manager Windows's default application language.

Theme

Choose between the Dark or Light themes, or use your System's theme.

Main header

Set the style of the application's top navigation bar. Select Ribbon to display the full ribbon toolbar, or Menu bar to display a compact menu bar.

Display scaling

Adjust the size of user interface elements to ensure they are appropriately sized for different display resolutions and screen sizes. Choose between Default (System aware), System aware, DPI unaware and Per monitor aware.

Application minimum size

Set the minimum width and height (in pixels) that the application window can be resized to. The default values are 280 (width) and 500 (height).

Wait progress mode

Set how the application displays progress when performing long operations.

Centers dialog windows relative to the parent application window instead of the screen center.

Force foreground using 'always on top'

Forces the application window to remain on top of all other windows.

Keep 'Check if online' dialog on top

Keeps the connectivity check dialog in the foreground until it is dismissed.

Lock application window size

Prevents the application window from being resized.

Minimize after copying credentials

Automatically minimizes the application window after credentials are copied to the clipboard.

Open undocked sessions maximized

Opens undocked session windows in a maximized state.

Show count warning when opening a playlist

Displays a warning when opening a playlist that contains a large number of sessions.

Show or hide panels on mouse hover

Automatically shows or hides side panels when the mouse cursor hovers over them.

Displays a status bar at the bottom of embedded web browser sessions.

Displays the What's New page after each application update.

Use a modern font

Applies a modern font style to the application interface.

Use system date-time format

Formats dates and times according to the operating system's regional settings instead of the application default.

Use Windows accent color

Applies the Windows system accent color to UI elements such as highlights and buttons.

Expand folders in the credential prompt

Automatically expands folder nodes in the credential selection prompt, making nested credentials easier to browse.

Remember 'Mask the password' state

Retains the last used state of the password masking toggle across sessions.

Show lock in the file menu

Displays a Lock application option in the File menu, allowing users to quickly lock the application.
