Language
Select Remote Desktop Manager Windows's default application language.
Theme
Choose between the Dark or Light themes, or use your System's theme.
Main header
Set the style of the application's top navigation bar. Select Ribbon to display the full ribbon toolbar, or Menu bar to display a compact menu bar.
Display scaling
Adjust the size of user interface elements to ensure they are appropriately sized for different display resolutions and screen sizes. Choose between Default (System aware), System aware, DPI unaware and Per monitor aware.
Advanced
Application minimum size
Set the minimum width and height (in pixels) that the application window can be resized to. The default values are 280 (width) and 500 (height).
Wait progress mode
Set how the application displays progress when performing long operations.

Behavior
Center window on parent
Centers dialog windows relative to the parent application window instead of the screen center.
Force foreground using 'always on top'
Forces the application window to remain on top of all other windows.
Keep 'Check if online' dialog on top
Keeps the connectivity check dialog in the foreground until it is dismissed.
Lock application window size
Prevents the application window from being resized.
Minimize after copying credentials
Automatically minimizes the application window after credentials are copied to the clipboard.
Open undocked sessions maximized
Opens undocked session windows in a maximized state.
Show count warning when opening a playlist
Displays a warning when opening a playlist that contains a large number of sessions.
Show or hide panels on mouse hover
Automatically shows or hides side panels when the mouse cursor hovers over them.

Applies a gray color filter to the application interface.
Auto-size column widths
Automatically adjusts column widths to fit their content in list views and tables.
Show description in session tab tooltip
Displays the session description in the tooltip that appears when hovering over an open session tab.
Show getting started page at startup
Displays the getting started page each time the application is launched.
Show status bar in WebViews
Displays a status bar at the bottom of embedded web browser sessions.

Displays the What's New page after each application update.
Use a modern font
Applies a modern font style to the application interface.
Use system date-time format
Formats dates and times according to the operating system's regional settings instead of the application default.
Use Windows accent color
Applies the Windows system accent color to UI elements such as highlights and buttons.
Security
Expand folders in the credential prompt
Automatically expands folder nodes in the credential selection prompt, making nested credentials easier to browse.
Remember 'Mask the password' state
Retains the last used state of the password masking toggle across sessions.
Show lock in the file menu
Displays a Lock application option in the File menu, allowing users to quickly lock the application.

Vault location
Specifies the location of the vault on your screen (top or bottom of the navigation pane, or not visible).
Use overlapping navigation
Allows parts of the navigation area to share the same space.

Allow tabs to leave the tab bar
Moves the tabs out of the tab bar.
Show the tab bar on undocked windows
Displays the tab bar in undocked windows.
Open undocked sessions in the last created undocked window
Opens undocked sessions in the last created undocked window.
Advanced
Allow tabs to be rearranged
Allows tabs to be moved from one position to another in the tab bar.
Save "Mask the password" value in the View password window
Retains whether the password was last displayed as masked or unmasked in the View password window. Upon reopening, the window automatically applies the previously selected display preference.
Show folder name in the tab title
Adds the folder name to tab titles.
