# Move to vault

The ***Move to vault*** option lets administrators transfer entries from one vault to another in Remote Desktop Manager.

Only administrators can use ***Move to vault***.

1. In the navigation pane, go to the vault you want to transfer entries out of.
2. In the Ribbon, go to ***Edit*** – ***Move to vault***.
3. Select the vault you want to move entries to, then click ***Next***.
4. Choose the entries you want to transfer to the new vault by checking the boxes next to them, then click ***Transfer***.
5. A message will let you know that the transfer was successful. Click ***Finish*** to close this view.

Your selected entries can now be found in the destination vault.
