System settings

System settings, found under Administration, is the central configuration panel for workspace-wide policies that apply to all users. It is organized into four areas. Application specific controls RDM application behavior such as feature availability, offline cache, security options, and version enforcement across the workspace. Common and Password management cover workspace-level policies for general behavior and password validation rules respectively. User management and Vault management handle access control: the former governs user-specific settings and offline permissions, while the latter manages vault visibility, default permissions, and permission sets applied across vaults.
