It is organized into four areas. [Application specific](https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/ribbon-menu-bar/administration/system-settings/application-specific) controls RDM application behavior such as feature availability, offline cache, security options, and version enforcement across the workspace. [Common](https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/ribbon-menu-bar/administration/system-settings/common) and [Password management](https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/ribbon-menu-bar/administration/system-settings/password-management) cover workspace-level policies for general behavior and password validation rules respectively.
