Status 409 Wrong Key Hash - Please Update or contact support

The status 409 error "Wrong Key Hash - Please Update or contact support" can appear when connecting to Devolutions Cloud in Remote Desktop Manager if the application version is not up to date.

Solution

Update the application if an older version is installed. The minimum required versions are:

• Devolutions Password Manager: 2026.2
• Remote Desktop Manager, Launcher, Devolutions.PowerShell: 2025.3
