# Requested operation cannot be completed

Remote Desktop Manager Windows may freeze, display an error message, or crash unexpectedly. The following error appears:

"The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation".

### Solution

Modify the ***Registry Editor*** to allow the local backup of the Master key without requiring a Read-Write Domain Controller (RWDC). Follow these steps:

1. Open the ***Registry Editor*** and navigate to the following key:

   `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Protect\Providers\df9d8cd0-1501-11d1-8c7a-00c04fc297eb`
2. Right-click on the key and create a new DWORD (32-bit) value named `ProtectionPolicy`.
3. Set the value of `ProtectionPolicy` to ***1***.

This change should resolve the issue immediately and does not require to restart Remote Desktop Manager.
