# Missing sessions from the navigation pane

Some or all entries are missing from the ***navigation pane***. It is empty.

### Solution 1

Click on ***Window - Reset Layout*** This action might take the application a minute to refresh and apply the reset.

### Solution 2

The ***Name*** column is missing. Click on ***Window – Reset layout*** to bring back the ***Name*** column.
