# Lost the MFA set on the Devolutions Account

If you have configured multi-factor authentication (MFA) but can no longer access your Devolutions Account, refer to the solution below to regain access.

### Solution

[Recovery codes were created](https://docs.devolutions.net/portal/sign-in-security/multifactor-authentication/#recovery-codes-configuration) as part of the MFA configuration process. You should have saved them in a secure place. When attempting to connect, click on ***Connect with a different method*** enter enter one of the recovery codes.
