you may see the following error message at the end of the Remote Desktop Manager crash error log: Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.18362.1, time stamp: 0x1a30e11b.
When this appears, the crash seems to be caused by the KERNELBASE.dll module.
Since KERNELBASE.dll is a Windows system component, this is outside of Devolutions' control and not something that can be fixed directly from Remote Desktop Manager.
Most of the time, these issues occur when the Windows workstations are not updated to the latest version available.
In some instances, doing a fresh install and download of Remote Desktop Manager from the website fixes the issue. Please follow Portable Remote Desktop Manager installation to learn how to create one.
