# Focus issue with Windows 7 and 2012

Remote Desktop Manager is having focus issues with Windows 7 and/or Windows 2012 operating systems.

### Solution

Both these Windows versions are no longer supported by Microsoft. Therefore we recommend that you update your operating system to at least Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.
