# Carbon Black user32.dll error

You get prompted with a user32.dll error in Remote Desktop Manager .

### Solution

Validate in the ***Event Viewer Application*** if you are not blocked by Carbon Black Cloud or another application and allow Remote Desktop Manager in Carbon Black Cloud or the application blocking it.
