# Download Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime for Remote Desktop Manager

The WebView2 Runtime is used to display embedded web content within Remote Desktop Manager. Therefore, to ensure all features in Remote Desktop Manager work properly, you must install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. Without it, several features will not function, including:

* Change history view
* Compare and help prompts
* Dashboards
* Handbook and documentation
* Onboarding
* Reports
* SAML authentication in CyberArk
* Web browsers

Visit the [Microsoft Edge WebView2](https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/) to download the WebView2 Runtime using their Evergreen Bootstrapper installer. Once the installation completes, restart Remote Desktop Manager so it recognizes the runtime.
