# Send SSH Shell logs and verbose

Steps to follow to collect the verbose logs for an SSH Shell session and send them to the customer support team.

1. Enter the properties of your ***SSH Shell*** entry.
2. Go to the ***Logs*** tab.
3. Check ***Enable Logging*** option.
4. Put the ***Verbose*** at number 2.
5. Select ***Event*** as your ***Log Mode***.

6. Enter the location where your logs will be saved in the ***Log Path*** field and click on ***OK***.
7. Launch your session.
8. Send the resulting Log file to support by emailing it to <service@devolutions.net>.
