Disable access prompt for Remote Desktop Manager when connecting to a Devolutions Cloud workspace

Some users receive this prompt to grant Remote Desktop Manager access to their data every time they connect to a Devolutions Cloud workspace:

Solution

  1. Head over to File – Settings – Advanced.

  2. Check the option called Connect to Devolutions Account using Authorization Code Flow.

  3. Click Save, and connect to a Devolutions Cloud workspace without having to grant an authorization to Remote Desktop Manager.
