Remote Desktop Manager Windows may freeze, display an error message, or crash unexpectedly. The following error appears:
"The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation".
Modify the Registry Editor to allow the local backup of the Master key without requiring a Read-Write Domain Controller (RWDC). Follow these steps:

Open the Registry Editor and navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Protect\Providers\df9d8cd0-1501-11d1-8c7a-00c04fc297eb -
Right-click on the key and create a new DWORD (32-bit) value named
ProtectionPolicy. -
Set the value of
ProtectionPolicyto 1.
This change should resolve the issue immediately and does not require to restart Remote Desktop Manager.
