If you have configured multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your Devolutions Account or Devolutions Online Drive but lost your access and are now locked out of your account, see the following solution.
Recovery codes were created as part of the MFA configuration process. You should have saved them in a secure place. When attempting to connect, click on Connect with a different method enter enter one of the recovery codes.
