If you have configured multi-factor authentication (MFA) but can no longer access your Devolutions Account, refer to the solution below to regain access.
Recovery codes were created as part of the MFA configuration process. You should have saved them in a secure place. When attempting to connect, click on Connect with a different method enter enter one of the recovery codes.
