Remote Desktop Manager’s Cloud backup feature has been deprecated as it relies on outdated infrastructure and technology no longer supported by Devolutions.
Note that the current infrastructure will remain active until early 2025, at which point it wil be shut down permanently.
A more streamlined way to have an automatic online backup is to Create a free Devolutions Hub Personal and then use it as a data source in Remote Desktop Manager.
Alternatively, you can use Remote Desktop Manager’s File backup feature and place the resulting .rdm file in a folder synchronized by your preferred cloud provider (i.e., OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox).
