Remote Desktop Manager’s Cloud backup feature has been deprecated as it relies on outdated infrastructure and technology no longer supported by Devolutions.
A more streamlined way to have an automatic online backup is to Create a Devolutions Hub Business Free and then to use it as a data source in Remote Desktop Manager.
Alternatively, you can use Remote Desktop Manager’s File backup feature and place the resulting .rdm file in a folder synchronized by your preferred cloud provider (i.e., OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox).
