How to renew your license

  1. Log in to the Devolutions Portal using the account that purchased the previous license.

  2. Once logged in, go to the Licenses section. You will see a list of your active and expired licenses.

  3. Find the license you wish to renew and click the Renew now button.

    To switch products, updating the number of users, or add a support plan, please contact our sales team.

  4. You will be able to adjust the license term (e.g., 1 year, 3 years). No other modifications can be made at this stage.

  5. Click on Pay now to confirm your renewal.

  6. Complete the payment.
