# Registratore locale

Se riscontra problemi con Remote Desktop Manager Windows, può aiutare il nostro team di assistenza clienti a risolvere il problema inviando un breve video del suo problema. Lo avvii utilizzando la funzionalità ***Registratore locale*** situata nel menu ***Help – Local recorder***.

Il ***Registratore locale*** è un registratore dello schermo integrato e facile da usare che potrebbe rivelarsi utile anche per la formazione interna, poiché non è limitato a Remote Desktop Manager.

### Impostazioni

Le opzioni di registrazione locale utilizzano il formato MP4, che nelle installazioni Vanilla di Windows non è supportato. Se riscontra difficoltà nella visualizzazione del video, le consigliamo vivamente di utilizzare un [VLC player](http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html).
