# Comprimi spazio di lavoro (ottimizza)

Quando lo spazio di lavoro contiene un gran numero di voci, è buona prassi comprimerle per evitare problemi di lentezza durante l'utilizzo dello spazio di lavoro. Lo ***Spazio di lavoro (ottimizza)*** analizzerà tutte le sue voci, le comprimerà e poi le risalverà, risparmiando così spazio nel suo spazio di lavoro.

### Impostazioni

1. Apra lo spazio di lavoro che desidera ottimizzare.
2. Nella barra multifunzione di Remote Desktop Manager, vada su ***Amministrazione*** e selezioni ***Comprimi spazio di lavoro (ottimizza)***.
3. Clicchi su ***Analizza***.
4. Una volta completata l'analisi, clicchi su ***Ottimizza*** per procedere con l'ottimizzazione dello spazio di lavoro. Può selezionare quale ***cassaforte*** desidera ***Analizzare*** e ***Ottimizzare***, oppure utilizzare la funzionalità ***Ottimizza tutto*** per eseguire l'azione su tutte le casseforti disponibili.
