# Impossibile connettersi allo spazio di lavoro

Quando si tenta di connettersi a uno spazio di lavoro Microsoft SQL Server in Remote Desktop Manager, potrebbe comparire questo messaggio di errore:

`A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake.`

È probabile che il suo SQL Server sia configurato con un certificato autofirmato che non è presente nel suo archivio certificati.

### Soluzione

Aggiunga il certificato al suo archivio oppure configuri Remote Desktop Manager affinché consideri attendibile il certificato. Segua i passaggi seguenti per la configurazione di Remote Desktop Manager:

1. Selezioni il suo spazio di lavoro nel ***riquadro di navigazione***.
2. Vada su ***File – Spazi di lavoro***, quindi clicchi su ***Modifica spazio di lavoro***.
3. Nella scheda ***Avanzate***, clicchi su ***Altre impostazioni***.

1. Scorra fino all'impostazione ***TrustServerCertificate*** e imposti il suo ***Valore*** su "true".
