# Risoluzione dei problemi

### Problema 1

Le mie unità di rete mappate non sono disponibili quando utilizzo l'opzione esegui come amministratore per avviare Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Soluzione

Ciò è dovuto al Controllo dell'account utente (UAC), un livello di sicurezza integrato di Windows. In pratica lei viene considerato un utente diverso con preferenze diverse, e le unità di rete mappate sono una di queste preferenze.

Per avere le stesse unità mappate, ha a disposizione alcune opzioni:

1. Utilizzando un prompt dei comandi con privilegi elevati, ricrei le stesse unità mappate con il comando NET USE {DRIVENAME} {SHARENAME} /PERSISTENT:YES.
2. Modificare il registro per collegare le connessioni tra gli account.

### Problema 2

Could not load file or assembly "system.enterpriseservices.wrapper.dll or one of its dependencies". The system cannot find the path specified.

#### Soluzione

Questo errore è dovuto a un'installazione danneggiata di Microsoft .NET Framework. Consulti [Corrupted System File](/rdm/it/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-articles/.net-corrupted-system-file.md) per maggiori informazioni su come risolvere il problema.

### Problema 3

Mixed mode assembly is built against version 2.0.50727 of the runtime.

Ciò dovrebbe verificarsi solo su macchine con ambienti di sviluppo o quando .NET Framework è stato installato/disinstallato più volte.

#### Soluzione

In **RemoteDesktopManager.exe.cfg**, che si trova nella cartella di installazione, individui l'elemento startup e aggiunga l'attributo useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy.

Il risultato finale dovrebbe essere simile a:

`<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">`

### Problema 4

Non è possibile incollare in nessun campo di Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Soluzione

Webroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus può causare il problema a causa del modulo Identity Protection. Imposti **remotedesktopmanager.exe** su ***Allow*** e potrà nuovamente incollare nell'applicazione.

### Problema 5

Tutte le mie sessioni si aprono in modalità incorporata e/o esterna.

#### Soluzione

Può modificarlo andando in ***File – Impostazioni – Interfaccia utente – Riquadro di navigazione – Azione di connessione predefinita***.
