# La voce SSH Shell non riesce a connettersi

Risolva l'errore di mancata connessione della voce SSH Shell, incluso No authentication method available, disattivando l'autenticazione interattiva nelle impostazioni del terminale.

Compaiono errori durante la connessione con una SSH Shell in Remote Desktop Manager 2019.

### Causa

L'***Autenticazione interattiva*** nel terminale è impostata su ***True*** nella scheda ***Avanzate***.

In ***File – Impostazioni – Tipi – Terminale***, l'autenticazione interattiva nel terminale è ugualmente configurabile.

#### Soluzione

Modifichi il valore in ***False*** se l'autenticazione interattiva nel terminale non è necessaria.

#### Soluzione alternativa

L'aggiunta di righe nel server SSH può interrompere il processo di autenticazione. Non esegua mai questa operazione senza un backup.
