# La voce SSH Shell non riesce a connettersi

Mancata connessione della voce Shell con l'autenticazione interattiva.

Compaiono errori durante la connessione con una SSH Shell in Remote Desktop Manager 2019.

### Causa

L'***Autenticazione interattiva*** nel terminale è impostata su ***True*** nella scheda ***Avanzate***.

In ***File – Impostazioni – Tipi – Terminale***, l'autenticazione interattiva nel terminale è ugualmente configurabile.

#### Soluzione

Modifichi il valore in ***False*** se l'autenticazione interattiva nel terminale non è necessaria.

#### Soluzione alternativa

L'aggiunta di righe nel server SSH può interrompere il processo di autenticazione. Non esegua mai questa operazione senza un backup.

Se è necessaria l'autenticazione interattiva per confermare che il server SSH includa le righe:

`KbdInteractiveAuthentication yes ChallengeResponseAuthentication yes UseLogin no UsePam yes`
