# "X" rossa nel riquadro di navigazione o nell'elenco delle credenziali

È presente una "X" rossa nel ***riquadro di navigazione*** o nell'elenco delle credenziali.

### Soluzione

Può provare alcune cose per eliminare la X rossa.

Per prima cosa, provi ad andare nella scheda ***Finestra*** e faccia clic su ***Reimposta layout***.

Se ciò non funziona, provi a chiudere Remote Desktop Manager, quindi vada in **%localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager** ed elimini ogni file con estensione .lyt.

Se nessuno di questi metodi funziona, sposti la cartella **RemoteDesktopManager** da localappdata al desktop, quindi disinstalli Remote Desktop Manager, riavvii il computer e reinstalli Remote Desktop Manager. Una volta riaperto Remote Desktop Manager, la X rossa dovrebbe essere scomparsa.
