# Errore di protocollo di Microsoft RDP

`Because of a protocol error, this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.`

### Soluzione 1

1. Nelle proprietà della sessione RDP, vada a ***Common – General***.
2. Nella scheda ***Experience***, deselezioni ***Persistent bitmap caching*** e ***Visual styles***.

3. Faccia clic su ***OK*** in basso per salvare le modifiche.

### Soluzione 2

1. Chiuda Remote Desktop Manager
2. Rinomini il file "default.rdp" in ***My Documents*** in "default.old".
3. Riavvii Remote Desktop Manager e provi a connettersi con RDP.

### Soluzione 3

1. Acceda alla macchina di destinazione andando direttamente alla console di quel server o tramite qualsiasi strumento, come VNC, in modo da poter accedere a quella macchina.
2. Faccia clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sul Desktop.
3. Selezioni ***Properties***.
4. Apra il menu a discesa ***Themes*** e ne selezioni uno diverso da quello attuale.
5. Faccia clic su ***Apply***, poi su ***OK***.
6. Si connetta alla macchina da remoto.
