# La disconnessione da Microsoft RDP blocca Remote Desktop Manager Windows

Le due cause sono i plug-in RDP e l'uso di UDP in determinate condizioni.

### Soluzione per i plug-in RDP

Questa soluzione ha un impatto basso.

1. In Remote Desktop Manager, vada alle proprietà della sua voce di sessione RDP.
2. Nella sezione ***Generale***, vada alla scheda ***Esperienza*** e imposti ***Carica i plug-in in modalità incorporata*** su ***No***.
3. Clicchi su ***Aggiorna*** per salvare le modifiche.
