# Errore del protocollo di licenza di Microsoft RDP

Quando si connette a una workstation remota, riceve uno degli errori seguenti.

The remote computer disconnected the session because of an error in the licensing protocol.
Please try connecting to the remote computer again or contact your server administrator.
```

The remote session was disconnected because license store creation failed with access denied.
Please run remote desktop client with elevated privileges.
```

### Soluzione 1

1. Chiuda Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Vada a **%localappdata%\Devolutions**.
3. Sposti la cartella **RemoteDesktopManager** sul desktop.
4. Riavvii Remote Desktop Manager.

### Soluzione 2

In ***File – Impostazioni – Tipi – RDP*** cambi il motore RDP in ***RDP (FreeRDP Latest)***.

### Soluzione 3

Provi a selezionare/deselezionare l'opzione ***NLA*** che si trova nella scheda ***Connessione*** nelle ***Proprietà*** della sessione.

### Soluzione 4

In alcuni casi, e talvolta a seconda del sistema operativo host, l'impostazione ***CredSSP*** può interferire. Ne modifichi il valore nella scheda ***Proprietà della sessione – Generale – Avanzate***.

### Soluzione 5

Provi a selezionare/deselezionare l'opzione ***Apri console*** e verifichi se il messaggio di errore scompare o rimane invariato nelle impostazioni ***Generale*** delle ***Proprietà***.
