# Perdita dell'MFA impostata sullo spazio di lavoro

L'MFA persa su uno spazio di lavoro locale di Remote Desktop Manager si risolve eliminando i file RemoteDesktopManager.stv e .enc su Windows o macOS.

L'utente ha perso il telefono che contiene l'MFA per il proprio spazio di lavoro. Si noti che la soluzione riportata di seguito non funziona per gli spazi di lavoro SQL né per le password principali perse sugli spazi di lavoro locali.

### Soluzione

Consulti [Persa l'MFA impostata su Devolutions Server](/rdm/it/knowledge-base/troubleshooting-articles/lost-the-mfa-set-on-devolutions-server.md) se è un utente di Devolutions Server che ha perso la propria MFA.

1. Chiuda Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Individui questi due file ed eliminarli. Se l'applicazione è stata installata con le impostazioni predefinite, può trovare il file in `%localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager`.

3. Avvii Remote Desktop Manager.
