# Perdita dell'MFA impostato sull'applicazione Remote Desktop Manager

Questa soluzione si applica se ha impostato un MFA o una password applicativa sulla sua applicazione Remote Desktop Manager in ***File*** – ***Impostazioni*** – ***Sicurezza*** e se ha perso il telefono o si è bloccato fuori dall'applicazione.

### Soluzione

1. Si assicuri che Remote Desktop Manager sia completamente chiuso.
2. Si rechi nella cartella di configurazione di Remote Desktop Manager (per impostazione predefinita `C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Devolutions`) e rinomini la cartella `RemoteDesktopManager` con un nome che indichi che non deve più essere utilizzata, ad esempio `RemoteDesktopManager.old`.
3. Avvii nuovamente Remote Desktop Manager. In questo modo viene creata automaticamente una nuova cartella `RemoteDesktopManager` con le configurazioni predefinite e Remote Desktop Manager si comporta come se fosse appena installato.
