# Licenza non valida dopo l'aggiornamento all'ultima versione

Dopo l'aggiornamento all'ultima versione di Remote Desktop Manager, le licenze inserite prima del 2024 potrebbero diventare non valide. Tuttavia, è possibile rimediare con pochi clic.

### Soluzione 1

1. Si assicuri di essere connesso a Internet, apra Remote Desktop Manager e vada su ***Amministrazione*** – ***Licenze***.
2. Selezioni la licenza del prodotto problematica e clicchi sull'icona ***Aggiorna licenza***.

### Soluzione 2

1. Scarichi la licenza del prodotto come file ***.lic*** da Devolutions Portal.
2. Modifichi la licenza non valida in ***Amministrazione*** – ***Licenze***, poi clicchi sul pulsante ***Importa*** e apra il suo file ***.lic***. Clicchi su ***Salva***.
