# Problemi con DPI elevati

Risolva i problemi di DPI elevati in Remote Desktop Manager, incluse le finestre RDP minuscole o sovradimensionate e il ridimensionamento sfocato, utilizzando tre metodi di configurazione.

Esistono diversi problemi che possono essere causati da DPI elevati nelle sessioni RDP, i più comuni sono i seguenti:

* Le connessioni RDP sono minuscole
* Le connessioni RDP sono grandi
* Le connessioni RDP hanno sempre una barra di scorrimento
* Remote Desktop Manager è sfocato
* Problemi con la risoluzione 4K

### Soluzione

Esistono diversi metodi per risolvere questi problemi.

#### Metodo 1

1. In Remote Desktop Manager, vada su ***File – Impostazioni – Interfaccia utente*** e cambi ***Ridimensionamento display*** in ***DPI unaware***. Se non riesce a vedere l'impostazione a causa di problemi di visualizzazione, può aggiungere la riga direttamente nei suoi file di configurazione.

2. Una volta trovata la cartella corretta, apra **RemoteDesktopManager.cfg** con il suo editor di testo preferito.
3. Sotto la riga `XXXX-XX-XXT00:00:00-00:00`, cambi ***Default*** in ***None*** e salvi.
4. Riavvii Remote Desktop Manager.

#### Metodo 2

1. Chiuda Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Faccia clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sull'icona di Remote Desktop Manager.
3. Vada su ***Proprietà***.
4. Nella scheda ***Compatibilità***, faccia clic su ***Modifica impostazioni DPI elevati***.
5. Nella sezione ***Sostituzione ridimensionamento DPI elevati***, selezioni ***Sostituisci il comportamento di ridimensionamento DPI elevati*** e faccia clic su OK.

#### Metodo 3

In ***File – Impostazioni – Tipi – Desktop remoto – Avanzate***, deselezioni l'opzione ***Disabilita fattore di scala RDP (HDPI)***.

#### Metodo 4

1. In Remote Desktop Manager, vada su ***File – Impostazioni – Avanzate***.
2. Imposti ***Accelerazione hardware*** su ***Default (Automatico)***. Faccia clic su ***OK***.
3. Nella barra multifunzione, sotto la scheda ***Guida***, faccia clic su ***Diagnostica***.
4. In fondo alla scheda ***Sistema***, si assicuri che ***DirectX enabled*** sia disattivato.
