# Error code fail (-1) non specific error

Quando si apre una connessione SSH in Remote Desktop Manager, può comparire il seguente messaggio di errore: `An unexpected error has occurred: Error code FAIL (-1) non specific error`.

### Soluzione

Remote Desktop Manager dispone ora di una selezione di algoritmi per il tipo di sessione SSH. Si noti che quelli non sicuri non sono abilitati per impostazione predefinita. Le consigliamo pertanto di verificare gli algoritmi direttamente sul suo server per motivi di sicurezza. In alternativa, può seguire i passaggi seguenti per risolvere il problema.

Nella scheda ***Avanzate*** della sua sessione, imposti l'opzione ***Supporto degli algoritmi*** su ***Personalizzato*** e selezioni quello o quelli mancanti nell'elenco.

Potrebbe essere necessario riavviare Remote Desktop Manager affinché le soluzioni abbiano effetto.

È inoltre possibile riattivare globalmente tutti gli algoritmi in Remote Desktop Manager tramite il menu ***File – Impostazioni – Tipi di voce – Sessioni –Terminale – Supporto degli algoritmi***.

Se dopo aver abilitato l'algoritmo non riesce ancora a connettersi, vada nella scheda ***Proprietà – Avanzate*** della voce e selezioni ***Salta la configurazione delle variabili d'ambiente***.
