# La scheda Documentazione è vuota

La scheda ***Documentazione*** di una voce è vuota anche se ha eseguito ***Reimposta il layout*** nella scheda ***Finestra***.

### Soluzione

Convalidi innanzitutto di disporre dell'autorizzazione ***Visualizza documentazione*** in ***Amministrazione - Impostazioni cassaforte - Autorizzazioni - Documentazione - Visualizza documentazione***.

Se tutto è corretto, potrebbe dipendere dal fatto che sul suo server è abilitata l'opzione Configurazione protezione avanzata di IE. Ciò potrebbe impedire e bloccare il caricamento del documento. Dovrebbe disabilitarla, ma le consigliamo di mantenere la protezione avanzata.
