# Schermo nero in una sessione ARD

Dopo la connessione con una voce di sessione Apple Remote Desktop compare una schermata nera.

### Soluzione

L'attivazione del logging sul mac può aiutare il nostro team di assistenza clienti o il reparto di ingegneria a risolvere questo problema. Per attivare il logging lato server, esegua il seguente comando nel Terminale:

***sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.RemoteManagement ARDCollectLogs -bool YES***.

Una volta fatto questo, può provare a connettersi normalmente usando Remote Dekstop Manager. Il log si troverà quindi nella cartella ***/tmp*** sul computer Mac. È sufficiente inviarli a <service@devolutions.net> con i dettagli del suo problema.

Per disattivare il logging, esegua questo comando:

***sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.RemoteManagement ARDCollectLogs -bool NOTBD***
