# Problemi con BeyondTrust

### Problema 1

System.uriformatexception: invalid uri: the format of the uri could not be determined.

#### Soluzione

Nel campo ***Host*** della voce BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, si assicuri di inserire il nome del server come <https://beyondtserver>.

Non inserisca l'indirizzo IP del server. Inserendo l'indirizzo IP invece del nome del server verrà restituito questo errore.

### Problema 2

System.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (404)

#### Soluzione

Nel campo ***Host*** della voce BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, si assicuri di inserire il nome del server come <https://beyondtserver>.

Non inserisca l'URL web per accedere alla console da un browser web, ad esempio <https://beyondtserver/eEye.RetinaCS.Server/PasswordSafe>.

### Problema 3

Not found system.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (500) internal server error.

#### Soluzione

Nel campo ***Host*** della voce BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, si assicuri di inserire il nome del server come <https://beyondtserver>.

Non inserisca l'URL web per accedere alla console da un browser web, ad esempio <https://beyondtserver/eEye.RetinaCS.Server/PasswordSafe>.

### Problema 4

System.net.webexception: the remote server returned an error: (401) unauthorized.

#### Soluzione

Nel campo della chiave ***Application API*** della voce BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard, si assicuri di aver inserito la chiave appropriata.

### Problema 5

Beyond Trust Password Safe o BeyondTrust Password Safe Dashboard è vuoto e non viene restituito alcun errore.

#### Soluzione

Si assicuri che l'opzione di accesso ***Enable for API*** sia selezionata per il suo account privilegiato in BeyondTrust.
